Heart L Ranch Half Beef shares provide you with 200 - 250 lbs of quality meat. Our cattle are raised on native grass pastures and hays, and grain finished for the best marbling and flavor.

Heart L Ranch Full Beef shares provide you with 400 - 500 lbs of quality meat. Our cattle are raised on native grass pastures and hays and grain finished for the best marbling and flavor.

At Heart L Ranch we sell whole and half shares of quality beef. To order beef, simply purchase a Whole or Half Beef Deposit online or by contacting us. Once your deposit is received your beef is reserved and we will send you an email with a custom cut sheet to select your desired beef products.

Beef shares are available throughout the year, but spots are limited. Available pickup dates are listed under the Whole and Half Beef Deposits listed under the “Order Beef” tab. Contact us to arrange an alternate pickup date or ask about delivery.

All our beef is sold as pick-up only. Delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis within Utah and surrounding areas for a delivery fee. Contact us to ask about delivery.
